CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM-MADE PRINTED POUCHES & ROLLS IN DIFFERENT MATERIAL COMBINATIONS TO SUIT MY REQUIREMENTS?

Yes, We are able to produce custom printed pouches & rolls to suit your exact requirements. We can print up to 9 colors using the latest rotogravure and digital technique. The minimum quantity for our custom printed pouches and rolls starts from 1000 -15000 pieces. These pouches and rolls can be available in different material combinations. WHAT SORT OF TIME FRAME SHOULD I ALLOW FOR DELIVERY OF OUR ORDERS?

Like any business, in order to meet your requirements of pouches or rolls, we like to receive as much notice as possible, however we realize that this isn’t always possible. Because we are based in Australia, for custom orders it normally takes between 3-5 weeks from time of order and for stock orders we ship your packaging next business day.

Absolutely. Our Stand Up pouches are perfect for both dry and liquid food. We have all required certificates as per Australian standard. You can customize them to include resealable zippers and easy-tear laser scoring for consumer convenience.

CAN I ORDER SMALL QUANTITIES OF YOUR POUCHES OR ROLLS?

Yes. Because we acquire a huge stock of pouches and rolls in our factory, we can fulfill pouches or rolls’ orders from 1000 bags and up. Therefore, we can be able to meet your needs most effectively. We suggest that customers give as much notice as possible for an order.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOM AND STOCK PRODUCTS?

Custom products are provide when a customer places an order to have the company’s company logo, name and other information that the customer deems important enough to be printed on to the bags.Stock products are simply the plain bags/pouches without any printing on it.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

The minimum order for Stock products is 1 box.
The minimum order for Custom products is 10,000 units.

I WANT A CUSTOM BAGS, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

If you require custom bags, simply send us the graphics and will print it on the bags. For more details please contact our sales person.

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?

You can make payment either by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD. We advice you to first contact our sales team before making payment.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once we receive your order details, our sales team will contact you.

WHAT CHARGES ARE INCLUDED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT?

In the order payment, transportation, insurance and cost of product are included. Please note that import duties which are charged on certain goods in your country are not included.

DO YOU HAVE EXPRESS DELIVERY?

Yes, we do but with some additional payment.
